You, right now.
I need help with DNS. I just want to understand my DNS records!
I'm 95% sure this TXT record is no longer needed. But I'm too afraid to delete it.
Are all my SPF records valid and within the 10 lookup limit?
Are my MX records set up correctly?
Are my DMARC records affecting my email deliverability?
You, in 5 minutes.
I'm confident about my DNS records because they're organized and explained in a way that makes sense! 💯
I can annotate my DNS records & backup the records I delete from my DNS provider! 🙌
I've noticed one SPF record might be over the limit. Glad DnsDigest caught that. 🙏
Looks like I have multiple MX records pointing to different providers. I'll fix that. 💪
Hmm, my DMARC policy has a syntax error. I can solve that. 👍

Hello, my name is Ka Wai (Kuh-way) and I too once dreaded DNS.

I've been a web designer and developer for over 25 years. I've maintained DNS records for more domains than I can remember. And I've always been terrified of it.

The cryptic syntax. The hazy rules. The guessing and hoping things will just work.

I wanted to end this dread for me and for you—so I built DnsDigest. It's a simple tool that turns your ugly, cryptic DNS records into an organized & beautiful digest.

I hope it will make you feel less petrified about DNS.

DNS has become the DMV of the internet. Let's change that.

DnsDigest doesn't work on smaller browser widths.

I get it. It's 2025. You should be able to do anything on your phone or tablet that you can do on your laptop.

Except this site. I think the design is best left for wider screens. Besides who wants to look at DNS records on a tiny screen?

So rest easy for now and load us up when you're back at your desk!
